Thank you for participating in Scouting For Food!

This is an annual “good turn” in which the Scouts collect food for the needy.

This can be done any way each family wishes. I have found the most successful, and convenient, way is to leave a note (see [attached pdf], which contains one for a single Scout and one for brothers, as well as thank-you notes) stapled to a bag on each doorstep. Be sure to fill in the date and time you will pick these up! These work far better than the bags supplied by the Council.

The turn-in will be at St. Joseph's (part of St. Mary’s Church on Church St., just north of First St.). If you cannot make it, pls. arrange to have a fellow Pack or Troop family do this.

There are also thank-you notes in this document. Be sure to thank anyone who donates.
