• 4:00 bldg. opens, cooks (younger Webelos den) arrive
• 4:45 set-up crew (Bear den)
• 5:00 older Webelos Den should arrive, decorate
• 5:45 Tiger and Wolf dens should arrive
• 6:00 about-to-start announcement
• 6:05 grace (by T792 Chaplain Aide)
• food is served (garlic bread and salad on counter with drinks, lasagnas brought to tables)

• cooking (garlic bread, salad, Crystal Light punch, forks, knives, plates, cups): Dragon Den 1
• set up (tables, chairs, sound): Bear Den 6
• clean up: Tiger Den 5 and Wolf Den 3 (Vacuum floor, wipe down tables. Leave set up 18 tables with 8 chairs each and 3 long tables for serving tables coming out from the kitchen area.)
• auction spotters
• auctioneers (each cake starts at $5)
• cake check-in (each Scout with a cake gets a patch)
  • Cub Scout cakes get numbers
  • non-Cub cakes get letters
• pass out, collect, and tally ballots

the middle stage (in the round) is for everything but the auction, which is done with a mike at the counter
